1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel any order within 15 days of receiving the goods—no reason required.

  • To cancel, contact us by:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items, using your original payment method.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made books.

  • Perishable or time-sensitive items.

  • Products unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Only regular-priced goods qualify for refunds; sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

3. How to Return Items

  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping returns.

  • Send items to the address on our Contact Us Page.

  • Use a trackable, insured shipping service; refunds cannot be issued without proof of return.

4. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

  • If the order was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to them.
